About Us

The majority of the elderly and physically-challenged population suffer from functional disabilities that require specialized care. Many of them either live alone without anyone to take care of them, or live with those who might be too busy to spend time caring for their basic needs. At the Wishing Well Adult Day Health Care Center, we provide our clients with the monitoring of blood pressure and blood glucose levels, as well as manage their weight maintenance, dietary needs, medication intake and assist in scheduling office appointments for all of their health needs. Additionally, the social benefits of our program are crucial, as approximately 20% of the funtionally-impaired adult population suffer from severe depression linked to disability, dependency issues, and lack of care. Our Healthcare Center provides them with the motivation to break through these barriers in their lives, and continue exploring the wonderful opportunities the world has to offer.

The Wishing Well Adult Day Health Care Center is designed to provide Quality of Life to its participants who will continue to live and age at home. Our facility is intended to promote "aging in place” by assuring that all clients receive supportive health and social services, including recreational activities and proper nourishment. We provide and manage a daily health maintenance program in an enjoyable and stimulating environment. Thus, our participants are able to maintain their independence and dignity, while their caregivers enjoy the peace of mind which comes from knowing that their loved one is receiving the appropriate level of care. Our adult day health care services are provided at one convenient location, and offer the most affordable way to deliver ongoing care to the frail and elderly. These services are being provided without depriving our clients of dignity or independence, in sharp contrast to the institutional setting of many adult care facilities.
